CAREEER

Zebra3media – August 2006 - Current as Subcontractor
Executive Assistant & Marketing to the owners of Zebra3media. Zebra3media is an outstanding multimedia company that has worked with Disney, Quincey Jones & Oprah Winfrey. I have primarily been in the marketing but also assist the owners in pre or post production.

Panorama Realty – June of 2005 – Current as Subcontractor
Executive Assistant to owner of Real Estate Land Development, Spec Homes Being Built, Project Managing, Art Business, Educational Web Site, and Sawmill Company. I help in every aspect from marketing, writing contracts, project development tracker, securing all pertinent information for all developments. Responsible for incoming calls, computer data, advertising, web design for 3 of the businesses, ordering supplies, maintaining all records. The primary function of this position is to track with the owner on all levels of his businesses, and help him keep organized.

Hans Duus Blacksmith Inc. March 2004 – November 2006
I Assisted in managing and coordinating national sales, including national showrooms and national sales representatives. I was responsible for tracking manufacturer’s reps and showrooms. Assisted The Sales Manager in negotiating territory overlaps and commission splits. Submitted monthly sales reports. I created many administrative databases for various monthly reports. I assisted with product training for reps and showroom, and helped with all aspects of sales in proposals and future marketing strategies. I Worked with administrative team, national sales team, showroom owners, architects, designers, homebuilders, and individual homeowners.

Schooling & Video Production Company - August 2000 – September 2003
I Learned and bought my own video editing suite. I designed my first web page: http://trivisionvideoproductions.com/ I will be using my talent and equipment for part time personal projects. Further learned various software programs: FinalCutPro, Photoshop, Web Professional, learned how to create and make DVD’s, Microsoft word, among many others.
